Strengthening The Future:

We’re pleased to announce two new appointments to our HEA NextGen leadership team.

At the HEA, like many organisations across our sector, we are deeply committed to supporting the next generation, whether that’s young people entering the workforce or individuals who are new to our industry.

Ensuring they have the right guidance, encouragement and opportunities is vital to the future of what we do. As part of this commitment, we’re delighted to introduce two new leadership positions within our NextGen initiative:

Both Vikki and Hardeep have been active and passionate contributors to the NextGen working group over the past year, and we’re confident they will bring great energy, insight and leadership to these roles.
